Discover if True Life Transitional Home is the right place for your journey of transformation. Learn about who we serve and how to take the first steps towards a stable, sober, and successful future.

Who we help
True Life is a high-expectations, high-support environment designed for women who are truly serious about their second chance. We serve women who are determined to leave the past behind and build a professional, independent future.
Our doors are open to:
- Parolees & court-ordered referrals: Women looking to successfully transition back into the community with a proven roadmap.
- Overcomers: Those ready to move forward from domestic violence, homelessness, or substance abuse into a life of stability and sobriety.
- Goal-oriented dreamers: Women who don't just want a "job," but are ready to train for a lifelong career.
Because we often have a waiting list, we prioritize women who are ready for transformation. Whether you are aiming for a medical certification, a commercial license, or another professional trade, True Life Academy is here to support the career path you are working toward.
If you are ready to be accountable, stay sober, and work hard, True Life is for you.

How to get started
We are looking for women who are truly ready to do the work. If you are serious about your second chance and ready to commit to our standards of sobriety and professional growth, here is how you begin:
Step 1: Reach out
You, your parole officer, or your probation officer can contact us to start the conversation. We welcome referrals for those on house arrest or supervised release.
- Call us: 1-877-655-4149
- Email us: truelifetransitionalhome@gmail.com
Step 2: Submit your information
Fill out our Initial Interest Form [[Link to your JotForm]]. This form helps us understand your background, your career goals, and your current legal status.
Step 3: The intake interview
Once we receive your information, we will schedule an interview. This is a "heart check" to ensure you are ready for the accountability and the focused career training environment of True Life Academy.
Step 4: Secure your spot
If you are accepted and a bed is available, we will notify you of the next steps.

Move-in day and requirements
We want you to focus entirely on your new beginning. To make your transition as smooth as possible, True Life provides the essentials you need to get started:
- What we provide: Clean bedding, towels, and basic toiletries are waiting for you. You don't need to worry about the basics; we’ve got you covered.
- Career support: Whether you choose a medical path, a commercial license, or another trade, we will help you secure the specific gear you need (like scrubs or work boots) once your training begins.
Mandatory requirements
Because we have a waiting list of women who are desperate for a second chance, we maintain a very high standard for our residents. To move in, you must:
- Pass a drug screen: We are a 100% sober environment. You must pass a drug and alcohol test upon arrival. If you are coming from Detox center and you are still Positive you will be tested every week for 30 days until your drug test comes back negative. From that Point there will be random drug testing.
- Review & sign the house rules: Our rules are strict and stern because they are designed to protect your success. You must read, understand, and sign our code of conduct.
